Section 14-43-201 - Odd-year elections abolished(a) Municipal elections in 1965 and all odd years in the future are abolished.(b) It is the purpose of this section to elect municipal officials at the regular general election for the election of state and county officials.Acts 1965, No. 484, § 5; A.S.A. 1947, § 19-1002.8.
