Section 14-185-134 - Bonds - Tax exemption(a) Bonds issued under the provisions of this chapter shall be exempt from all state, county, and municipal taxes.(b) This exemption shall include income, inheritance, and estate taxes.Acts 1961, No. 439, § 12; A.S.A. 1947, § 21-1512.
