Section 12-12-1608 - Penalty
The following acts are a Class A misdemeanor:
(1) Knowingly releasing or disclosing criminal history information to any unauthorized volunteer organization or person; or(2) Obtaining criminal history information for a purpose not authorized by this subchapter.
