Section 36-261 - Children who have a chronic illness or physical disability; programSubject to the availability of monies, the department shall establish and administer a program for children who have a chronic illness or physical disability or who are suffering from a condition that leads to a chronic illness or physical disability. The program shall provide for:
1. The development, extension and improvement of services for locating these children.2. The evaluation of needs.3. The gathering of statistical information.4.
