Section 28-2135 - Perfection of security interest in inventory and mobile homesNotwithstanding any other provision in this article:
1. A security interest in inventory, as defined in section 47-9102, consisting in whole or in part of vehicles required to be issued a certificate of title and registered under section 28-2153 or of mobile homes shall be perfected in accordance with the filing provisions of title 47, chapter 9, article 5 to the extent that those provisions are applicable by virtue of title 47, chapter 9, article 3.2. A lien on a mobile home for which an affidavit of affixture has been recorded pursuant to section 42-15203 shall be perfected either according to the laws governing perfection of liens on real property or according to the laws governing perfection of security interests in fixtures.Amended by L. 2016, ch. 276,s. 28, eff. 8/5/2016.Amended by L. 2016, ch. 263,s. 29, eff. 8/5/2016.
