Section 15-1622 - Officers; organization; quorumA. The board shall select from its membership a president, secretary, treasurer and such other officers it deems necessary. The same person shall not hold the offices of secretary and treasurer. The board may require the treasurer to give additional bond.B. A majority of the membership of the board shall constitute a quorum for transaction of business at any meeting regularly called, but a number less than a quorum may adjourn from time to time.
