Section 11.46.430 - Criminally negligent burning in the second degree(a) A person commits the crime of criminally negligent burning in the second degree if with criminal negligence the person damages property of another by fire or explosion.(b) Criminally negligent burning in the second degree is a class A misdemeanor.
