Section 08.88.061 - AssistantsNotwithstanding contrary provisions of AS 08.01.050, the commission may assign or designate assistants to
(1) issue licenses to applicants who meet the qualifications for licensure established under this chapter;(2) prepare questions on examinations;(3) administer and grade examinations;(4) certify courses required under this chapter;(5) approve instructors to teach courses required under this chapter; and(6) negotiate terms for payment of fines and other money due under this chapter.
