Section 08.76.170 - Customer and transaction limitations(a) A pawnbroker may not knowingly enter into a pawnbroker transaction with a person who is (1) under 18 years of age;(2) under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance when the influence is apparent; or(3) using the name of another person.(b) A pawnbroker may not knowingly accept or receive misappropriated property from a person in a pawnbroker transaction.
