Rule 6 - The Court's Judgment.(a)Termination of Action by Agreement Before Judgment. The parties may file with the court a stipulation of dismissal or consent judgment at any time before entry of judgment on an award.(b)Judgment Entered on Award. If the case is not terminated by agreement of the parties, and no party files a written rejection of the award within thirty (30) days after the award is filed, provided all required fees have been paid the court shall enter judgment to include interest and costs, if any, on the arbitrator's award.
