Rule 4.70 - NO CONTINUANCES(1) On judicial review of a LUBA decision, an LCDC decision, or a referee decision, in the Court of Appeals, no continuance or extension shall be granted as to the time specified by statute for transmission of the record, the time specified by these rules for filing the cross-petition and the briefs, or the time set for oral argument, except as prescribed in ORS 197.850(7) and ORS 197.860 in a LUBA case or a referee case, or in ORS 197.651(8) in an LCDC case.(2) On judicial review of a CRGC decision, in the Court of Appeals, no continuance or extension shall be granted as to the time specified by statute for the transmission of the record.Amended November 15, 2018, effective 1/1/2019; amended November 13, 2020, effective 1/1/2021; amended November 13, 2020, effective 1/1/2021.
