1. A. B. is the plaintiff.

2. C. D. is the owner of the structures hereafter referred to.

3. (The labor hereafter referred to was done). (The materials hereafter referred to were furnished) by A. B. in or for the (erection) (alteration) (repair) of the structures pursuant to a contract made by A. B. with C. D.

4. The amount claimed to be due to A. B. is five hundred dollars ($500.00) with interest on two hundred and fifty dollars ($250.00) from June 1, 1936 and on two hundred and fifty dollars ($250.00) from June 2, 1936 (for labor done on) (for lumber furnished for) and on account of said structures. A bill of particulars of the kind and amount of (labor done) (materials furnished) is annexed.

5. The time when the (doing of the labor) (furnishing of the materials) was commenced was June 1, 1936.

6. The time when the (doing of the labor) (furnishing of the materials) was finished was June 2, 1936.

7. The structures are located on lots of land in Wilmington, New Castle County, Delaware, described as follows:

Lot 1. Beginning at the intersection, etc.

Lot 2. Beginning at the intersection, etc.

8. (The labor was done) (The materials were furnished) on the credit of these structures.

9. The amount of plaintiff's claim exceeds twenty-five dollars ($25.00), to wit, five hundred dollars ($500.00) with interest. Neither that sum nor any part thereof has been paid to plaintiff.

10. The amount which plaintiff claims to be due him on each of the structures is as follows:

On the structure on Lot 1, $250.00 with interest from May 1, 1936.

On the structure on Lot 2, $250.00 with interest from June 2, 1936.
