Section SPS 161.09 - Work experience restrictions

(1) All experience other than educational equivalencies shall be in the areas of the practice dimensions with a patient who has a primary substance use disorder diagnosis under appropriate clinical supervision.

(2) Experience beyond 40 hours per week and 2,000 hours per calendar year may not be counted.
