Section SPS 175.05 - Application review(1) An applicant shall submit a completed application for registration and application fee to the department.(2) The department shall make an investigation as it deems necessary to determine if the applicant shall receive a certificate of registration and may request additional documentation prior to approving an application.(3) The applicant shall be notified in writing of the department's decision regarding their application. An applicant may appeal the application review decision of the department in accordance with ch. SPS 1 procedures.Wis. Admin. Code Department of Safety and Professional Services SPS 175.05
