Section NR 193.81 - Applicability

This subchapter applies to eligible recipients as defined in s. 281.69(3) (a), Stats., and s. 281.70(4) (a), Stats., that wish to apply for grants for the acquisition of property in fee simple or for a conservation easement to protect or improve lakes, rivers, and their ecosystems.
