The department may allow phased investigations based on factors such as the risk posed by the site, the anticipated effectiveness of the interim remedial action, the amount and quality of the preliminary site screening data, and financial considerations including the ability to pay for the response action and the availability of funds for reimbursement of response actions
Note: Chapter NR 749 fees will not be required by the department for review of the interim action proposal for eligible dry cleaning facilities.
