Section DFI-WCA 1.32 - Disclosure customer copies

For purposes of s. 422.302(3), Stats., documents which evidence the customer's obligation shall include documents which evidence an obligation to pay as well as those which evidence an obligation to perform including, but not limited to, a mortgage and a security agreement.
