Section 150-8-5 - Rules Relating To The Filing Of Rules And Regulations Of The Operating Departments Of Railroad Corporations5.1. Each railroad corporation operating in the State of West Virginia shall file the existing rules and regulations of the operating department and any future changes or revisions thereof in accordance with the provisions of rule 5.3 of this Section 5.5.3. Each railroad operating in the State of West Virginia shall file with the Commission any change or reissue, in whole or in part, of its rules and regulations of the Operating Department within thirty (30) days after any change.
