Section 150-1-8 - Amendments8.1. A party may amend any application, complaint, document or other pleading prior to notice of the hearing. After notice of a hearing a party may file a written motion for leave to amend a pleading or document that may be granted in the discretion of the Commission. Any amendment shall contain the notification of service upon all known interested parties. Amendments to any application, complaint, document or other pleading shall not unduly broaden the scope of the issues originally filed with the Commission, unless the Commission in its discretion allows such amendments.8.2. The Commission does not require that parties observe technical forms and allegations in complaints, answers or other papers.8.3. Further statements. The Commission may order a further pleading.
