Section 149-2-18 - Subpoena Power18.1. The Subcommittee may issue subpoenas for the attendance of witnesses and production of necessary evidence or documents in any proceeding, review or investigation relating to certification or hearing before it. 18.1.a. The Chair of the Subcommittee shall request that subpoenas be issued.18.1.b.The Subcommittee may empower an employee of the Division to act on the Chair's and its behalf as to the issuance of such subpoenas, their delivery, the receipt of information called for, to prepare information for presentation to the Subcommittee and to report findings to the Subcommittee.W.
