Section 115-7-1 - General1.1. Scope -- This rule governs the implementation, administration and operation of the patient injury compensation fund, established by W. Va. Code § 29-12D-1 et seq. by the state board of risk and insurance management.1.2. Authority. -- W. Va. Code § 29-12D-2(a)(6).1.3. Filing Date. -- April 24, 2017.1.4. Effective Date. -- May 1, 2017.1.5. Sunset Provision: This rule shall terminate and have no further force or effect on May 1, 2022.
