Section 508-12-210 - Surface water appropriation procedure - Seasonal permits

Seasonal permits for change of point of diversion, purpose and/or place of use of water, shall be in writing and signed by the director of the department of ecology or a duly authorized representative. (RCW 90.03.390.)
