Section 392-172A-01050 - Day - Business day - School day(1) Day means calendar day unless otherwise indicated as business day or school day.(2) Business day means Monday through Friday, except for federal and state holidays, unless holidays are specifically included in the designation of a business day, in other sections of this chapter.(3) School day means any day, including a partial day that students are in attendance at school for instructional purposes, including students with and without disabilities.Wash.
