Section 392-123-155 - Interfund loans - Full disclosure on financial statements

Financial reports of each school district, including the monthly financial reports provided to the board of directors of the district, shall specify all outstanding interfund loans and all interest charges involved. The proceeds of any interfund loan shall not be used to balance the budget of the borrowing fund.
