Section 388-96-726 - RCW 74.46.421 nursing facility component rates below the statewide weighted average payment rate identified in the Biennial Appropriations Act(1) Even if an individual nursing facility's component rates are below the statewide weighted average payment rate identified in the Biennial Appropriations Act, the department will reduce the nursing facility's rates as required under RCW 74.46.421.(2) The department will not exempt any nursing facility from a component rates reduction required by RCW 74.46.421 for any circumstance, e.g., billed medicaid days, under-spending of the biennial appropriation for nursing facility rates, etc.Wash.
