Section 284-17-445 - Termination of an appointment or affiliation by an insurer or business entity
(1) An insurer may terminate an appointment of an insurance producer:
(a) Through the commissioner's web site; or
(b) Through a third-party on-line licensing provider.
(2) A business entity may terminate an affiliation of an insurance producer or surplus line broker through the commissioner's web site.
(3) The effective date of the termination is the date of receipt by the commissioner.
