Section 173-180-740 - Class 2 facility-Oil transfer response plan submittal requirements(1) The owner or operator of a Class 2 facility must submit the oil transfer response plan to ecology at least 90 calendar days prior to their planned date for conducting an oil transfer operation in Washington state.(2) One electronic copy of the plan must be submitted to ecology. Ecology will maintain electronic submittal instructions on the spill prevention, preparedness, and response program website.Wash. Admin. Code § 173-180-740
