Section 173-180-725 - Class 2 facility-Oil transfer response plan format requirementsEach oil transfer response plan must:
(1) Include a cross reference table reflecting the locations in the plan for each component required by WAC 173-180-730;(2) Be organized in a format which provides easy access and use during a spill. Plans must be divided into easily identified sections and appendices;(3) Allow replacement of pages with revisions, without requiring replacement of the entire plan; and(4) Include a log sheet to record amendments to the plan. The log sheet must identify each section amended, the date of the amendment, verification of notification to ecology, and name of the authorized individual making the change. A description of the amendment and its purpose must also be included in the log sheet.Wash. Admin. Code § 173-180-725
