Section 173-180-615 - Class 1 facility-Prevention plan maintenance and use(1) Each Class 1 facility must keep the prevention plan in an immediately accessible location.(2) Facilities must ensure that all employees involved in oil transfer, production, or storage operations are familiar with the plan provisions through regular training.
