Section 173-180-411 - Class 1 and 2 facilities-Operations manual maintenance and use(1) Each Class 1 and 2 facility must keep the operations manual in an immediately accessible location.(2) Facilities must ensure that all employees involved in oil transfer operations, or storage operations for Class 1 facilities, are familiar with the manual provisions through regular and new employee training.Wash.
