Section 170-296A-1300 - Withdrawing an incomplete application(1) If the license applicant is unable to successfully complete the licensing process within ninety days the license applicant may withdraw the application and reapply when the applicant is able to meet licensing requirements.(2) A license applicant who has not withdrawn his or her incomplete application and is unable to meet the application requirements will be denied a license.
