Section 170-296A-7575 - Drinking water

The licensee must supply safe drinking water for the children in care. Drinking water must be served in a safe and sanitary manner and be available throughout the day. See WAC 170-300-0235 for water testing requirements for a family home child care that receives its drinking water from a private well or public water system.
