Section 170-296A-2900 - Emergency drills

The licensee and staff must practice emergency drills with the children as follows:

(1) Fire/evacuation drill: Once each calendar month;

(2) Earthquake drill: Once every three calendar months; and

(3) Lockdown/shelter-in-place drill: Once annually.
