Section 9VAC5-540-120 - Granting an authorization to operate under the general permitA. The department may grant authorization to operate under the conditions and terms of the general permit to sources that meet the applicability criteria set forth in 9VAC5-540-40.B. Granting an authorization to operate under the general permit to an affected unit covered by the general permit is not subject to the public participation procedures of 9VAC5-80-1170.9 Va. Admin.
