Section R728-409-12 - Hearing Procedures(1) All hearings shall be conducted by the ALJ in accordance with Section 63G-4-206.(2)(a) At the hearing, the respondent has the right to be represented by an attorney.(b) Legal counsel will not be provided to the respondent by the division and all costs associated with representation will be the sole responsibility of the respondent.Utah Admin.
