Section R590-70-6 - Forms - Information Unknown or Unavailable and Extension of Time to Furnish(1) A request for extension of time shall be filed with the commissioner when it is impractical to furnish any required information, document, or report at the required time .(2) A request for extension of time shall: (a) identify the information, document, or report in question;(b) state why it is impractical to furnish the information, document, or report at the time required ; and(c) request an extension of time to file the information, document, or report by a specified date.(3) A request for extension shall be granted unless the commissioner enters an order denying the request within 60 days after receipt of the request.Utah Admin.
