Section R590-70-3 - DefinitionsTerms used in this rule are defined in Section 31A-1-301 and Title 31A, Chapter 16, Insurance Holding Companies. Additional terms are defined as follows:
(1) The "Act" means the NAIC Insurance Holding Company System Regulatory Act.(2) "Executive officer" means chief executive officer, chief operating officer, chief financial officer, treasurer, secretary, controller, and any other individual performing functions corresponding to those performed by the officers listed above under any other title.(3) "NAIC" means the National Association of Insurance Commissioners.(4) "Ultimate controlling person" means a person that is not controlled by any other person.Utah Admin.
