Section R590-288-4 - Limited Line Producer Line of Authority for Pet Insurance(1) The commissioner recognizes a limited line producer line of authority for pet insurance.(2) A person holding a property insurance producer license for a line of authority under Subsection 31A-23a-106(2)(a)(iv) may offer pet insurance without any additional license requirements.(3) A person holding a producer license for a line of authority under Subsections 31A-23a-106(2)(a)(i) through 31A-23a-106(2)(a)(iii) or 31A-23a-106(2)(a)(v) through 31A-23a-106(2)(a)(vii) may apply for a pet insurance limited line producer license.(4) A person holding a limited line producer license for pet insurance is not required to complete continuing education regarding pet insurance.Utah Admin.
