Section R590-238-2 - Purpose and Scope(1) The purpose of this rule is to set forth the financial, reporting, record-keeping, and other requirements for the regulation of captive insurance companies and special purpose financial captive insurance companies.(2) This rule applies to: (a) a captive insurance company licensed under Title 31A, Chapter 37, Captive Insurance companies Act; and(b) a special purpose financial captive insurance company licensed under Title 31A, Chapter 37a, Special Purpose Financial Captive Insurance Company Act.Utah Admin.
