Section R590-167-9 - Restrictive Riders(1) A restrictive rider, endorsement, or other provision that violates Section 31A-30-107.5 may not remain in force.(2) A covered carrier shall immediately provide written notice to any individual or small employer whose coverage will be changed pursuant to this section.Utah Admin.
