Section R512-41-8 - Adoption Finalization and Post Adoption(1) Before an adoption is final, the adoption assistance committee shall assess if the child qualifies for adoption assistance and, when appropriate, what level of monthly subsidy the child is eligible to receive, in accordance with Rule R512-43.(2) The prospective adoptive family shall be made aware of available post adoption resources.Utah Admin.
