Section R512-300-2 - Definitions

As used in this rule:

(1) "Child and Family Services" means the Division of Child and Family Services.

(2) "Custody" means temporary custody or custody authorized by Section 80-3-102. It does not include protective custody.

(3) "Department" means the Department of Human Services.

(4) "Least restrictive" means most family-like.

(5) "Placement" means living arrangement.
