Section R477-101-14 - Discipline(1) At any time after the commencement of a full investigation and before any committee action, the ALJ may admit to any of the allegations in exchange for a stated sanction. The committee shall make a recommendation based on the admission.(2) Management at an employing agency shall comply with applicable division or state rule governing discipline when taking any corrective action or disciplinary action against a career service employee.Utah Admin.
