Section R414-1C-1 - Introduction and Authority(1) This rule is to ensure that any administrative rule does not conflict with measures taken by the state or the United States Department of Health and Human Services, Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) pertaining to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) public health emergency.(2) This rule is authorized by Section 63G-3-304 and Section 1135 of the Social Security Act.Utah Admin.
