Section R414-10A-1 - Introduction and Authority(1) This rule establishes standards and requirements for tissue and organ transplantation services for the State of Utah Medicaid Program. (2) Title XIX of the Social Security Act allows coverage of transplantation services when there is no discrimination in the availability of services and high quality care is available to all eligible individuals. (3) Section 26-18-2.3 grants the Department of Health discretion to fund transplantation services. Utah Admin. Code R414-10A-1
