Section R331-9-2 - Definitions(1) "Commissioner" means the Commissioner of Financial Institutions.(2) "Department" means the Department of Financial Institutions.(3) "Interested party" means a party who may be affected by the outcome of any proceeding but who, in the case of a dispute or adjudicative hearing, is not named as a party or does not seek to participate as a named party.(4) "Party" shall mean the same as a "person" as defined in Section 7-1-103, and shall also include any governmental subdivision or agency.(5) "Proceeding" shall mean any hearing, whether formal or informal, before the Commissioner or his designee and any and all required and permitted actions precedent thereto.(6) "U.R.C.P." means the Utah Rules of Civil Procedure.Utah Admin.
