Section R305-7-622 - Matters Governed by the Environmental Institutional Control Act, Title 19, Chapter 10(1) This subsection R305-7-622 applies to all matters governed by the Environmental Institutional Control Act, Title 19, Chapter 10.(2) A request to approve a proposed termination or modification of an environmental institutional control adopted under this act shall be considered a Request for Agency Action and Parts 1, 2 and 6 of this Rule shall apply.Utah Admin.
