Section R156-67-803 - Medical Records

Under Subsection 58-67-803(1), medical records shall be maintained in accordance with:

(1) applicable laws, regulations, and rules; and

(2) the AMA Code of Medical Ethics as incorporated by reference in Subsection R156-67-502(14).
