Section 90.705 - Multiple-Party Transactions

If there are multiple creditors in the transaction, only one creditor needs to provide the information required by § RSA 90.703 of this title (relating to Form of Disclosure). If there are multiple debtors in a transaction, the creditor may deliver the information required by this section to any one or more of the debtors. The information may, but need not be, signed by the borrower or creditor.
