Section 85.1009 - Revocation(a) The OCCC may revoke the registration of a registered crafted precious metal dealer if the dealer violates Texas Occupations Code, Chapter 1956.(b) Upon receiving notice of revocation under this section, an affected person may request a hearing before the OCCC. The hearing will be conducted under the Administrative Procedure Act, Texas Government Code, Chapter 2001, and the rules of procedure applicable under § RSA 9.1(a) of this title (relating to Application, Construction, and Definitions).7 Tex.
